Insieme alla A6300 Sony ha oggi presentato una nuova linea di obiettivi denominata G Master.
Sono obiettivi di alta qualità, con innesto Sony E, destinatii alle mirrorless fullframe della casa nipponica, anche se possono essere usati sulle APS.
I nuovi obiettivi sono il Sony FE 24-70 mm f/2,8 GM, il Sony FE 85 mm f/1,4 GM ed il Sony FE 79-200 mm f/2,8 GM OSS. Tutti usano le più avanzate tecnologie come lenti asferiche e ED (Extra-low-Dispersion) e Super ED per minimizzare le aberrazioni, motori di messa a fuoco SSM (Super Sonic wave Motor) ad ultrasuoni per un veloce autofocus e sono protetti da infiltrazioni di polvere ed acqua. Il 70-200 è anche stabilizzato otticamente.
Insieme Sony ha presentato due moltiplicatori di focale 1,4x e 2x, SEL14TC e SEL20TC, particolarmente adatti all’uso con il nuovo 70-200/2,8.
I nuovi obiettivi completano il corredo delle mirrorless Sony, in particolare della famiglia A7, con ottiche di livello professionale e di cui si sentiva la mancanza.
Ora il corredo delle A7 può dirsi abbastanza completo per quasi tutte le esigenze. Mancano ancora i tele di più lunga focale, ma è possibile usare quelli destinati alle reflex Alpha con l’apposito anello adattatore Sony che mantiene tutti gli automatismi, compreso l’autofocus per gli obiettivi dotati di motore SSM.
Lo zoom FE 24-70/2,8 sarà disponibile a marzo al prezzo di 2.400 €, l’85/1,4 sempre a marzo a 2.000 €, mentre il 70-200/2,8 e i due moltiplicatori saranno disponibili a maggio ad un prezzo ancora da definire.

Three new models including 24-70mm F2.8 Zoom, 85mm F1.4 Prime and 70-200mm F2.8 Zoom deliver unrivalled imaging experiences
Sony today introduced their flagship G Master™ brand of interchangeable lenses. The new brand includes three new E-mount full frame lenses including a 24-70mm constant F2.8 standard zoom, an 85mm F1.4 prime and a 70-200mm constant F2.8 telephoto zoom. Representing the ultimate blend of high resolution and beautiful bokeh, the new lenses feature Sony’s innovative optical element technology, design and calibration. This allows them to produce still image and video content with a level of detail and expression that has never before been possible.

New FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM Standard Zoom Lens
Featuring some of the most advanced lens technologies in the market today, the new FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM (model SEL2470GM) is the ultimate choice for those seeking the highest possible optical performance for portrait, travel and event photography or even simple everyday shooting[i].
The new lens is built with three aspherical elements including a newly developed, extremely precise XA (extreme aspherical) element that reduces aberration and delivers the ultimate resolution throughout the entire zoom range and aperture range, as well as from corner to corner of all image files. Additionally, an ED (Extra-low-Dispersion) glass element and Super ED glass element keep chromatic aberration to a minimum while maximising resolution and bokeh without any unnatural colouration.
The lens features a 9-bladed aperture that maintains a near circular shape at all settings and is coated with Sony’s original Nano AR coating to suppress reflections and ensure spectacular contrast and clarity.
The new FE24-70mm F2.8 GM lens has a direct drive SSM (Super Sonic wave Motor) focusing system that works with incredible efficiency thanks to a new set of algorithms that position the lens elements quickly and accurately. The motor is smooth and quiet, making it an ideal choice for shooting both still images as well as movies.
To maximise usability, the lens is dust and moisture resistant and features a compact, streamlined design that includes AF/MF switch as well as focus hold, zoom lock and hood release buttons.
Two new matching filters for the FE24-70mm F2.8 GM lens have also been introduced, including the VF-82MP MC protector and VF-82CPAM Circular PL filter.
New FE 85mm F1.4 GM Telephoto Prime Lens
Designed as the ultimate portrait lens, the long-awaited new FE 85mm F1.4 GM telephoto prime lens (model SEL85F14GM) strikes a perfect balance between resolution and bokeh in a compact package.
The lens features a new XA (extreme aspherical) element as well as three ED glass elements that work together to ensure that the in-focus areas are captured in extremely high resolution while the surrounding out-of-focus areas dissolve smoothly into a beautiful soft backdrop. It has a circular aperture with 11 blades – the most ever used in an α lens – that ensures bokeh is smooth and visually appealing. Externally, the new model has Sony’s original Nano AR Coating, which is of particular importance in a portrait lens as it reduces flare and ghosting, even with backlit subjects or similarly challenging lighting conditions.
For accurate autofocusing, the FE 85mm F1.4 GM lens includes a ring drive SSM motor system that provides ample power and speed to drive the lens’ large, heavy focus group. It’s also equipped with two position sensors to support flawless focus control of the large, heavy lens elements.
This new professional portrait lens is dust and moisture resistant and also has an aperture ring with on/off switchable click stops that can be adjusted based on whether a user is shooting still images or movies. It also has an AF / MF switch and a focus hold button[ii].
New FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS Telephoto Zoom
Covering the frequently used 70-200mm focal range, the new FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS telephoto zoom lens (model SEL70200GM) offers extremely high rendering, AF performance and image stabilisation, making it a versatile choice for shooting wildlife, sports, weddings and a variety of other events and locationsi.
The new flagship telephoto zoom model delivers extraordinary sharpness and clarity throughout the entirety of its zoom range thanks to its three advanced lens elements including XA, Super ED and ED glass components, as well as its Nano AR coating.
The new FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS lens features a floating focusing system – implemented in an α zoom lens for the first time – that contributes to an impressive minimum focusing distance of merely 0.96m and ensures AF performance is optimised during both still and video shooting. The lens includes a SSM (Super Sonic Motor) plus dual linear motors that work together to move large lens elements quickly – a task that requires a high level of drive control and ensures focus accuracy. The new model also has built in Optical SteadyShot™ image stabilisation for capturing sharp, blur-free subjects at all focal lengths and a rotating tripod mount that allows the camera to be quickly removed from a connected tripod as needed.
The new 70-200mm telephoto zoom lens is dust and moisture resistant with an additional fluorine coating added to the front lens. It also has a focus hold button as well as a focal range limiter.
Sony has also announced new compact 1.4x and 2x Teleconverters – models SEL14TC and SEL20TC respectively – that offer even greater reach while maintaining the overall streamlined design and feel of the 70-200mm lens[iii].
Pricing and Availability
The new FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM Standard Zoom and 85mm F1.4 GM Telephoto prime lenses will be available in Europe in March 2016 priced at approximately €2,400 (SEL2470GM) and €2,000 (SEL85F14GM).
The new 70-200mm F2.8 GM Telephoto Zoom Lens and its compatible 1.4x and 2x Teleconverters will be available in Europe in May 2016 with pricing still to be confirmed.

Secondo me questi obiettivi mettono in mostra il limite di una mirrorless Full Frame vanificando la compattezza del corpo macchina.

Ciao Francesco, la differenza con Canon, corpo escluso, non mi pare apprezzabile, con Nikon si; tuttavia son propenso a pensare che per spendere cifre abbondantemente superiori ai 3000€ le reflex FF abbiano ancora un vantaggio immenso nella disponibilità di ottiche e non credo che quindi convenga, perlomeno ancora, spendere su una mirrorless FF, accettando dunque il fardello di un peso ed una dimensione superiori, tanto poi tutt’a quest’attrezzatura và in una borsa apposita ed il problema spazio un poco si ridimensiona. Dopo l’innovazione sui corpi mi aspetterei qualcosa di più sugli obiettivi, senza contare che di tele specifici sopra i 200mm mi pare non essercene ancora.
ma son tutti obiettivi per le full frame speravo che con l’uscita della a6300 arrivasse qualche zoom 2.8 per quel sensore di dimensioni più contenute acc.

Sony FE 24-70 mm f/2,8 GM, o meglio ancora utilizzare il mio vecchio 24/70 2,8 Sigma che utilizzavo con le mie gloriose Minolta?

non hai specificato per quale modello Sony vorresti acquistare l’obiettivo.
Il Sony Zeiss Vario-Sonnar (non Tessar) T* 24-70 mm f/2,8 ha innesto Alpha ed è adatto per le reflex Sony come la A77 II e la A99, così come gli obiettivi con innesto Minolta.
Il Sony FE 24-70 mm f/2,8 ha innesto E ed è adatto alle mirrorless Sony A7 o a quelle APS. Su queste mirrorless si possono montare anche gli obiettivi con innesto Alpha usando appositi adattatori Sony però alquanto costosi.

Scusami, sto per acquistare una Sony A7RII e sucessivamente vorrei acquistare una A7SII.
Questi 2 corpi per poter coprire sia le esigenze foto che video.
Sono un ex professionista che però per una serie di motivi, da oltre 15 anni non prende una macchina fotografica in mano, tantomeno legge e studia le novità di questi ultimi 15 anni. In poche parole sono passati anni luce…!
Vorrei capire che ottiche comprare per avere un corredo completo, e soprattuto capire se i miei vecchi obbiettivi

Inoltre non trovo una recensione interessante x capire se l’obbiettivo FE PZ 28-135 mm F4 G OSS per le riprese video è davvero un bel obbiettivo?

buona idea prendere le A7R II e A7S II. La prima va bene per le foto in tutte le condizioni, anche in poca luce in quanto il suo rapporto segnale/rumore è analogo a quello della A7S fino alla massima sensibilità dell’A7R, nonostante la abbia 42 Mpx invece di 12. Questo però fa si che le sue foto, usando buoni obiettivi, abbiano una nitidezza e dettaglio elevatissimi, mentre la A7S II da questo punto di vista è un po’ deludente.
La A7S II va bene invece per il video in quanto il suo sensore le consente di riprendere in 4K (3840×2160 pixel) senza pixel “binning” (derivazione di un pixel da due o più adicanti). Inoltre offre funzioni di ripresa a livello professionale.
Lo zoom giusto per le A7 è il Sony G Master 24-70 mm f/2,8 oppure, se non ti interessa l’alta luminosità, lo Zeiss Vario-Tessar FE 24-70 mm f/4,0. Gli obiettivi con innesto Alpha e quelli Minolta possono essere usati con alcuni anelli adattatori proposti da Sony. Poichè gli obiettivi Minolta non hanno il motore autofocus sarà necessario l’anello LA-EA4, che incorpora un motore e un autofocus a rilevamento di fase, piuttosto costoso. Questi obiettivi potrebbero andare sicuramente bene per la A7S II, ma ho qualche dubbio per la A7R II data la sua elevata risoluzione.
Infine non ho provato il Sony FE 28-135 f/4,0 G OSS con zoom motorizzato, ne ho trovato test in rete. Dato che è un obiettivo G dovrebbe essere di buona qualità, ma non so dirti di più. Avendo lo zoom motorizzato andrebbe bene per le riprese video con la A7S II e quindi non dovrebbe avere problemi per scarsità di risoluzione.

Salve. Volevo rispondere al tizio che non apprezzava la compattezza della sony a7… io l’ho presa a 1100 euro, il prezzo più basso per una fullframe e l’ho subito accoppiata al voigtlander 40 1.4. Sarà anche che non farò foto ad una ferrari in corsa ma lo sfido a trovare una macchina equivalente che entra nella tasca del giaccone e mi consente di averla sempre con me. Chiaro che se uno si mette a prendere ottiche zoom luminose saranno ottiche grandi, ma io avevo già un intero corredo sony e quando esco per fare foto mi porto la borsa con tutte le ottiche sony e l’adattatore la-ea 4 ma per tutti gli altri giorni me la porto in tasca e non mi separo mai da lei
Sono Enrico e ho acquistato recentemente la sony a7II con ob. 24-240mm.
Il manuale di istruzioni ho dovuto scaricarlo dal sito ma in realtà è una piccola enciclopedia. Complicato e non sempre chiaro.
La mia domanda è, ma si può escludere l’antivibrazione visto che l’obiettivo non ha tasti specifici e nel menu del corpo macchina non compare questa voce ?

devi ercare nel manuale e nei menu la voce SteadyShot. Quella è la stabilizzazione. Da menu si attiva o disattiva così: MENU→ (Impostazioni ripresa) → [SteadyShot] → [Attiv.]
